Another rare experience is coming to take the place of the 25th Microfarm Project cafe!
Kunjin comes from Papua New Guinea and is truly a unique coffee because it is a collection of smallholder crops. 100% Specialty Arabica, grown in small plantations-gardens and at an altitude of 1500 -1800m, comes to give cups full of notes of plum, cocoa, bergamot and green apple.
Kunjin is the name of the coffees that are processed in the eponymous central mill of a plantation located in the Wahgi Valley, where all the farmers gather their crops for careful sorting and then wash and dry them in tarpaulins for three to six days. The processing of this coffee gives a coffee full, soft and with a mild acidity.
A rare coffee experience that will never happen again!
