We welcome the new Limited Edition Microfarm, cultivated at La Lindosa farm, located in the renowned Huila region of Colombia. The farm was established approximately 25 years ago, continuing a family tradition of more than 60 years in coffee cultivation.
This coffee originates from one of Colombia’s most celebrated terroirs and is produced primarily by the Cerquera family along with neighboring farmers.
Farming practices include mechanical weed cleaning using sickles and manual fertilization three times per year, following the technical guidance of an agronomist. The farm employs around five permanent workers, while during harvest season an average of 150 pickers participate in the collection process.
The plantation is renewed every seven years using resilient coffee varieties to ensure both quality and sustainability.
Annual production reaches between 150,000 and 200,000 kilograms of natural processed coffee, with harvesting carried out manually from May through July.
