WITHDRAWAL FORM

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase of coffee shop and home barista products, without any penalty and without being obliged to state the reason, within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the products.

Please note that, in accordance with applicable legislation, the right of withdrawal does NOT apply to products made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, nor to goods that can deteriorate or expire rapidly. Therefore, all freshly prepared beverages (e.g., coffee, tea, chocolate, etc.) made to order according to your preferences, as well as perishable food items (e.g., fresh snacks, sandwiches, pastries), are fully excluded and non-returnable.
