Central Cafe & Cacao was established in March 2003, thanks to the initiative of small farmers, organized in cooperations aimed at strengthening the system of coffee and cocoa production. Their mission is to develop competitive products and services that will help strengthen the value of Peruvian coffee and cocoa,
promoting growth in the spirit of cooperation and environmental protection.
