The new Single Estate, India Valparai is here!

Our journeys of discovering new unique varieties of coffee, are not over. This time, our new addition is India Valparai and it comes from the small farms of Anamallais, southwest of India. In this exploration, we passed through the lush forests and large areas with coffee trees and reached an altitude of 1070 meters. Around us, the home of many rare species of animals, in a spring flowering nature.

The intense vegetation of the area, in combination with the roasting curve of the coffee, gives each grain dreamy flavor of lime, floral notes of wild rose, a sweet of milk chocolate and the exotic feeling of roasted cashews!

In its qualitative, tasty profile you can discover three different 100% Arabica varieties. Yellow Bourbon, Catuai and Chandragiri, which give a delicate and complex result.
