World Coffee Day is our celebration and we will share it with you! On October 1st, all coffee lovers have one more reason to enjoy our favorite beverage and we, at Coffee Island, are making this day special through a new unique tasting experience: Buena Vista coffee.<\/p>\n

\"Man<\/p>\n

This time we arrived in colourful Colombia and discovered in its exotic landscapes this microlot coffee with the complex profile that makes it stand out and which was rated 90+ on the SCA scale. What else could accompany us to the great celebration of coffee, other than a specialty coffee that has undergone a special processing method to offer its fruity flavor profile with intense sweetness?<\/p>\n

\"Man<\/p>\n

Buena Vista is grown in the Huila region of Algeciras and produces a small harvest twice a year of Caturra-Castillo variety. It is the dry anaerobic fermentation that elevates its flavour profile in which you find passion fruit, berries and honey. Besides, Edwin Zambrano, the small farmer behind Buena Vista, is a young man dedicated to exceptional processing methods and is constantly experimenting with fermentation methods that go up to 200 hours.<\/p>\n

\"Man<\/p>\n

We welcome this coffee with excellent taste characteristics to all Coffee Island shops for World Coffee Day and serve it exclusively in a reusable cup that we offer you for free, especially for the occasion.
