So, let\u2019s talk cocktails then! The colourful aromatic mixes that have won our hearts and preferences for years and that have recently become disconnected from time and local restrictions. Groups found with cool, colorful drinks in hand are everywhere. On the street, in the squares, and even on the balconies of houses that turn into little spontaneous tiki drink spots where group of chums gather and order a favourite cocktail.

From our side, we did our best and created the mixtures that will accompany you whenever you feel, like a summer tasting experience. In this journey, we&#39;ve combined exotic recipes with premium local ingredients to present you with our own twist on everyday life.<\/p>\n

Mojito<\/strong><\/a>
\nThe most popular summer cocktail. If as a child, you savoured the ice-creams you were eating, as an adult you are savouring the Mojito you have had! Peels of fresh lime and cool mint are extracted into the premium Rum offering unique flavors.<\/p>\n

Margarita<\/strong><\/a>
\nWith its Latin American identity, it takes you on a journey to Mexican haciendas. Fresh and tart at the same time, with natural lime extract, Triple Sec liqueur, Castro Hahali spirits and premium Tequila.<\/p>\n

Amaretto Sour<\/strong><\/a>
\nBitter almond lovers have their own favourite cocktail. Sweet and sour, with intense bitter almond aromas and the Amaretto Castle liqueur made from 100% natural bitter almond extracts coming to the fore. The taste is lifted by the natural lime extract and aromatic herb bitters.<\/p>\n

Negroni<\/strong><\/a>
\nOur Negroni has a Greek character! The first and only Greek bergamot bitters add their own special touch to this bittersweet but also balanced cocktail. The unique combination of Vermouth Rosso, premium Gin and gentian root bitters create an unforgettable taste!<\/p>\n

Strawberry Caipiroska<\/strong><\/a>
\nThe aroma of fresh strawberries dominates with its sweet and sour taste. Premium Vodka, Strawberry Liqueur, Castle Hahalis brand liqueur, natural fresh strawberry extract and lime are our take on this favorite cocktail!<\/p>\n

The Hahalis distillery, one of the most famous family-run distilleries in Patras, which combines the traditional way of making alcoholic beverages (extraction – distillation), using state-of-the art technology, puts its own signature on Coffee Island&#39;s cocktails. A signature that maintains its constant value, since today, the 4th generation faithfully adheres to the secret recipes of the Hahalis family, while at the same time, by using 100% natural extracts, it gives excellent quality and a special character to spirits, vermouths, bitters and liqueurs. Water from the natural springs of Romanos in Achaia and premium spirits complement the recipes of our five cocktails that are here to stay as a daily habit.<\/p>\n
