If you haven\u2019t tried making cold tea, here are some of the reasons why you should.<\/p>\n<p>Cold natural tea has a smooth and sweet taste. This occurs because cold water brings a different chemical balance to tea as opposed to warm water. In reality, this means that in the drink there are less catechins, tannins and caffeine. All these substances are bitter and the lack of them is makes the tea sweeter.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Studies have shown that the mobility of antioxidants in cold water tea is greater than hot water tea.<\/li>\n<li>The cold infusion in tea enhances the presence of vitamin C and L-Theanine.<\/li>\n<li>It is easy and fast to make when it\u2019s hot and you want to have something cool and healthy.<\/li>\n<li>Cold infusion is an innovative way to enjoy your favorite teas. The change in taste is an exciting wat to explore the potential of every tea.<\/li>\n<li>You can prepare it and store it on your fridge foe 2-3 days or take it with you and serve it with ice. Rinse and tear up a small bunch of mint and basil. Measure 4 tsp. of green gunpowder tea. Place everything in the Hario FIB bottle and add 750 ml of water. Place in fridge for at least 4 hours. When it is consumed refill and place in fridge.
